75th Anniversary of D Day 2019 ‘Norfolk and the D Day Landing

On Sunday 9th June we will be having a special day with re-enactors and military historians on hand to answer your questions, or chat with visitors about their own memories or artefacts. As part of the Commemoration of D-Day the museum is also producing a documentary short, highlighting the memories of some Norfolk Veterans and their experiences of D-Day, both at home and on the beaches. The video will be on display at the Museum throughout June.
